We want to ensure our tickets go to real fans, please read the below to make sure that you can definitely get into the show.

• The surname of the lead booker will be printed on each ticket. To gain admission to the concert, the attendee must bring a valid photo ID matching the customer surname on the booking confirmation.

• Guests must all enter the venue at the same time as the lead attendee, as you can only gain access with id matching the name printed on tickets.

• If you’ve already bought tickets and find you can’t make the show for some reason, you can safely re-sell your ticket (at no more than face value) on Ticketmaster’s Fan-Fan Ticket Exchange, Music Glue or Twickets.

If I already pre-ordered the album will I get exclusive access?

Yes. If you’ve already ordered, you’ll be eligible for exclusive access.

What is a pre-sale?

A limited number of tickets will go on-sale to fans before general on-sale. Fans who have purchased the album from Gerry's online shop will have first access to these pre-sale tickets. Availability will be dependent on the number of customers, so please note that this doesn’t guarantee you a ticket. However, it will give you a better chance of being able to buy one.

When will I be able to purchase tickets?

All fans that have purchased a copy of The Bonny or signed up for a ticket access pass here will be able to purchase pre-sale tickets from Gerry's website for all headline 2020 shows before the tickets go on general sale.

How do I use my ticket access pass?

Log in using the email and password that you entered when you signed up for your ticket access pass. When pre-sale tickets become available you will be able to purchase.

Does a Ticket Access Pass guarantee me a ticket?

This Ticket Access Pass only gives you access to purchase tickets and ticket sales will be on a first come first served basis
